We are seeking dynamic and motivated Claims Assesors to join our team. The Claims Assessors will be responsible for reviewing and processing medical insurance claims for accuracy and compliance.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in claims, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for achieving results.


  • Confirming eligibility cover.
  • Review and process medical insurance claims for accuracy and compliance
  • Identifying fraud in submitted claims
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve claim discrepancies.
  • Analyse medical data and history to determine coverage eligibility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in medicine or a related field.
  • Past experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
  • 2 years experience in a similar or related role.
  • Relevant certificates and licences are an advantage.
