We are looking for a qualified, skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Digital Marketer who will be a creative graphic designer and marketing professional responsible for integrating marketing tactics with business development strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue generation. The Graphic Designer/ Digital Marketing officer will be expected to be entrepreneurial with customer-centric and business development skills to generate leads that drive consumer traffic.
Reporting to: Director, Emerging Markets
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the retail business online. This includes identifying target audiences, defining goals, and selecting appropriate digital channels.
- Content Creation and curation: Creating compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns. This content may include product descriptions, visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts and creating content calendars. They engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, and promote products or services through targeted social media campaigns.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing data from various digital marketing channels, such as website analytics, social media insights, and email marketing metrics. Use this data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms. They work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand guidelines and ensure brand integrity in all digital communications.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers through digital channels, such as responding to reviews, comments, complaints, and inquiries. Aim to build positive customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to support digital marketing strategies. This can involve gathering data, organizing information, and presenting findings to the team.
- Continuous Brand enhancement: Provide advisory on brand differentiation, market gaps, and new products.
- Policy and Procedures: Support the establishment of policies and procedures and implementation to produce high-quality service delivery.
- Administration and support role: Events coordination and management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields
- Over 2yrs Proven working experiences in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO marketing databases, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in working with Excel.
- Strong communication and writing skills and proficiency in English.
- Proficient in the use of data software applications
- High motivation, team orientation, and adaptability.
